Endocyte: Chimerix taps former Endocyte executive as new CEO

Following the sudden departure of its last CEO earlier this year, Chimerix has tapped a pair of Endocyte executives to lead the company. The Durham-based biopharmaceutical company (Nasdaq: CMRX) named Michael Sherman as CEO. Formerly, Sherman led Endocyte.
