Ennis-Flint: PPG finalizes acquisition of coatings manufacturer Ennis-Flint in $1.15 billion deal

Pittsburgh-based PPG Industries Inc. announced it finalized its acquisition of a coatings manufacturer named Ennis-Flint as part of a $1.15 billion deal.
