EnSync: EnSync Energy intends to initiate insolvency, cuts nearly all employees

Nearly a month after cutting 25 employees, EnSync Inc., the Menomonee Falls-based energy storage and energy management company, said it has terminated "substantially all of its workforce" and intends to initiate insolvency proceedings, according to a recent filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
