Epiq Solutions: Epiq Solutions Expands Software-Defined Radio Offerings With G3's CyberRadio Acquisition

Epiq Solutions, a portfolio company of Veritas Capital's Vantage Fund, has acquired CyberRadio Solutions, a provider of radio frequency hardware, from G3 Technologies in a transaction aimed at expanding the former's software-defined radio product portfolio. Rob Diefes, president of CyberRadio, will continue to lead the Mount Airy, Maryland-based company as a subsidiary of Epiq, the
