EQM: California company acquires one of Cincinnati's largest environmental consulting firms

A California firm has acquired one of Greater Cincinnati's largest environmental consulting firms. Environmental Quality Management, located at 1800 Carillon Blvd. in Forest Park, was purchased by Concord-based ASRC Industrial Services (AIS), a provider of industrial and environmental services across the U.S. Sales terms were not disclosed.
