ESDS: ESDS Software Solution files draft papers with Sebi for Rs 600 crore IPO

Cloud infrastructure and data centre services provider ESDS Software Solution has filed preliminary papers with capital markets regulator Sebi to mop up Rs 600 crore through an initial public offering (IPO).
