EthoStream: PE-backed DCI buys EthoStream operations

DCI Design Communications LLC, which is backed by Light Beam Capital, has agreed to acquire the assets and operations of EthoStream LLC from Telkonet Inc. No financial terms were disclosed. Based in Milwaukee, EthoStream is a provider of high-speed internet access technologies for the hospitality, student living and MDU/MTU markets.
