Europ Assistance: Europ Assistance acquires majority stake in Pflegix

Europ Assistance has acquired a majority stake in Pflegix in a capital increase. The Generali subsidiary has already been working with the care start-up since 2019 and has also been one of the investors since then. In addition, existing investor Thomas Wötzel and Pflegix founder and chief technology officer Andreas Helget participated in the financing round.
