Everseat: Franklin health care company buys Baltimore firm

Franklin-based Relatient Inc. has bought patient-scheduling and waitlist software firm Everseat Inc., according to a news release. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Founded in 2014, Relatient provides patient and provider messaging services, allows patients to book appointments online and sends billing and appointment reminders to patients.
