Pune-based real estate developer, Excellence Shelters, has launched a plotted development project, Zen Gardens, for those wanting to build their own homes near the upcoming smart city of Solapur in Maharashtra."The new project, located in Boramani village, is about 12 km from Solapur city. This location ensures great connectivity to hospitals, schools and banks. "Solapur city has been included in the 100 smart city list to be developed by the government. It has an international cargo airport, which is estimated to be functional by 2018. Solapur also gets connected via Mumbai-Hyderabad NH 65," Bharade said.He also said Solapur has its own second Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation project, which would attract world-class manufacturing companies to set up production facilities here.
