Executive Council Of Home Owners Inc-echo Blog 2018 ECHO Board Nominees

In January, we mailed a proxy to all 1200 homeowner associations who are members of ECHO - the voting members of our community. The letter was sent to the HOA President listed in our records. We hope your HOA board or board president will take the time to review the voting materials and return them to the ECHO office by February 6th. If you'd like to know more about the candidates running for the ECHO Board, please read about them below:Sarah Dunia is a former director on an association board, and is currently a regional sales manager with Cagwin & Dorward, a landscaping company and ECHO member. She is the co-chair of ECHO's Wine Country Panel, and a regular presence at the East Bay, North Bay, and Central Coast panels.Adam Haney joined the ECHO board in 2015 and serves as its Vice President. He currently lives in a homeowner association, and is the chief operations manager at CID Consortium, an HOA management firm headquartered in Roseville California. He is a CPA and the chair of ECHO's Accountant's Panel, and he brings a deep knowledge of HOA finances and accounting procedures.Sandra Long is a former homeowner association board member, and is currently the General Manager at Professional Association Services (PAS). She holds both the PCAM and CCAM management certifications, and has spent more than 19 years in the management industry. She has attended ECHO's Annual Seminar for the last 12 years, and is an eager advocate of both board training and ECHO membership.Diane Rossi joined the ECHO Board in 2003. She is a past treasurer of a homeowner association, and is the President and Founder of Shoreline Property Management, Inc. based in Santa Cruz. Diane serves as Treasurer on the ECHO Board of Directors, and is a frequent speaker and contributor to ECHO events and the ECHO Journal.
