Expert Global: Alorica to buy PE-backed EGS
Alorica Inc has agreed to acquire Expert Global Solutions, a portfolio company of One Equity Partners. No financial terms were disclosed. Credit Suisse and M/Cap Advisors provided financial advice to Alorica while J.P. Morgan Securities LLC did likewise for One Equity Partners. Based in Plano, Texas, ESG is a customer service company.
