Extant Aerospace: TransDigm Group completes $525 million acquisition of aerospace company Extant

CRAIN'S CLEVELAND BUSINESS - Melbourne, Fla.-based Extant has more than 170 employees and expects to generate revenue of about $85 million for the fiscal year that ends in September, the Cleveland company said.
