What has been your most challenging Fastaff assignment (a difficult case, surgery, patient illness, etc.) and how did you feel that impacted your worth as a nurseafterwards? Family wanted to do all they could for their family member. Decision wasmade to bring that family member to the OR to transition, no resuscitation efforts wereto be done after breathing tube was pulled. Once the sats started to drop, instinctskicked in. I headed towards patient to start CPR. The surgeon and anesthesiologist puttheir arm out in front of me and told me, "No you cannot do anything!" I asked if Icould hold the patient's hand, they shook their heads yes. My worth as a nurse wasenhanced. I followed the family's wishes during a difficult time and provided care formy patient.Describe the most miraculous or impressive thing you've witnessed or been a part of during your time as a nurse with Fastaff.Attending AORN conference with the marketing/recruitment team as a nurse representative.
