FDL Automation & Supply: Dayton-area electrical distributor bought by Cincinnati firm

A Dayton-area electrical distributor has a new owner. Sidney-based FDL Automation & Supply Company is now part CBT Company, out of Cincinnati. FDL provides electrical products and solutions to the contractor, original equipment manufacturer and the industrial market. Terms of the deal, which closed March 31, were not disclosed.
