MISSISSAUGA, ON--(Marketwired - July 02, 2015) - FDS Broker Services Inc. are pleased to announce that syndicated mortgage investors in two Brampton projects, by Fortress Real Developments and Flato Developments, have achieved complete exits on their investment. This includes full principal repayment and a deferred lender fee on exit of each project where the term was 32 months. Investors in the Countryside Crossing received a 27.14%* return on investment while investors in Mayfield 1 received a 28.85% return. The distribution to investors in both projects was a combination of 8% annualized interest (paid quarterly) for the duration of the term as well as a Deferred Lender Fee paid upon project exit.
