Experlogix, Inc., a global leader in Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) solutions, announced today that it has entered into a definitive agreement with Featheringill Capital, along with substantial participation by the company’s senior management, to purchase a majority interest in Experlogix. The investment will drive growth at Experlogix, allowing the company to expand its best in class CPQ solution, pursue acquisitions, and invest in its teams and infrastructure. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
