Fiberguide: Molex Acquires Fiberguide Industries

Connectivity and electronics solutions provider Molex acquired Fiberguide Industries, the Caldwell, Idaho-based manufacturer of optical fiber solutions. The deal is worth $38 million, according to the London Stock Exchange.Fiberguide had been owned by Halma plc, a British group of safety equipment companies. It will join Molex's Polymicro business, located in Phoenix.
