Howdy there folks! Hope all is going well. I am excited to share with you what is about to arrive at FireFlame; the first 3D Printed Fingerboard Wheel. Technology has gone beyond our expectations and is reaching to new heights. With the introduction of 3D Printers, it has allowed our creativity and skill to expand to a whole new level. We can now print food, candies, create prototypes, and even products for retail... which is what we did. Normally, a 3D Printed wheel is a bit hollow, and has visible textures throughout the wheel, on the inside and outside. For our new generation of wheels (not under the UltimateFormula Emblem), we decided to bring the community of fingerboarding to the latest of technological advances. Introducing the First 3D Printed Fingerboard Wheel, brought to you by FireFlame. What makes these different from a normal wheel, is the material, the method, and the quality. Manufactured locally, these wheels are 3D Printed from an Industrial 3D Printer, rather than a Commercial printer, to be used at home. Having access to an industrial 3D Printer allowed us to create a fingerboard wheel that is as accurate and precise as a CNC. In a way, 3D Printers are just another version of the CNC machines. Our wheels are made with a special combination of compounds and resins to create a smooth surface, on the inside and outside, just like a normal CNC machined wheel. They have the same bearings and are compatible on most trucks. You can expect these wheels to be released this Spring.
