First Avenue: Dietrich rejoins FIRSTavenue

Placement agent and investment adviser FIRSTavenue has named Derek Dietrich as a partner. He will be based in the firm's New York office. Dietrich previously worked at the firm from 2011 to 2014 as a partner prior to starting his own placement business Bridge Haven. He is also a former managing director at Fortress Investment Group.
