First Avenue: Oregon State Treasury's Hayes joins placement agent FIRSTavenue

Placement agent FIRSTavenue has appointed Andy Hayes as a principal. Hayes will be based in the firm's new Dallas office, which will open in March. Previously, Hayes worked at the Oregon State Treasury where he spent most of his tenure there as an investment officer.
