First National Bank-Deerwood: Plaza Park Bank to be acquired by Deerwood Bank
Plaza Park Bank is being sold to Deerwood Bank, a small Minnesota bank chain. Plaza Park has branches in Waite Park and Sartell. Owners say all of Plaza Park Banks' 40 employees will join the new company.
