First Texas Homes: Two homebuilders buy lots for new neighborhood in Celina

Grand Homes and First Texas Homes have purchased sites for houses in a new residential community in fast-growing Celina. The homebuilders, both based in Dallas, plan to construct 126 houses in the Wellspring Estates development on Frontier Parkway/FM 1461, roughly three miles north of U.S. Highway 380 and Preston Road.
