Flagship Bank Minnesota has promoted Brian Wagner to president, effective Jan. 1. Wagner joined the bank in 2013 and previously served as the bank's executive vice president, according to a release from the Wayzata-based financial institution. He will continue to report to CEO Andy Schornack. Flagship Bank has six locations in the suburban metro area and has more than $216 million in assets, according to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. The bank also has more than $192 million in deposits.
