Foresite Group: 'CVS deal is dead': Plans for controversial Malbis Plantation development withdrawn

A year-long battle to stop the development of a CVS drugstore in the Malbis community is over after Malbis Plantation Inc. asked the developer to withdrew plans to subdivide the property, according to city officials.
