I would like to take a moment to thank you for your patronage and look ahead to 2020. We strive to put our clients at the heart of everything we do and I would like to personally thank all of you, the many that have been with us since the beginning and the new ones, for your trust, your support and our excellent relationships. What will 2020 bring? First of all, a new address—we are very excited and looking forward to moving into our brand new headquarters building! There’s nothing like a change in environment to reinvigorate performance and moral. We cannot wait to share the space with all of you as well. In the upcoming year, we can also expect a few new travel trends to pop up.
