Forté has worked for theme park giants and a multitude of casino companies such as Wynn Resorts, Caesars Entertainment, and MGM Resorts International to name a few. From retail to dining experiences, Forté is well versed in how to create a luxury environment. With the pandemic in play, he adds that there has been an increased desire to have larger spaces in the home environment, and Forté is positioned to fill this unique need in creating niche areas for their clients. "While we've been doing luxury housing for almost 10 years, it simply made sense to formalise this work and capitalise on the market," says Acton, who has more than 150 skilled craftsmen dedicated to customising many of the features found in these homes. One of the company's recent and most notable residential renovations is an, approximately, 20,000 square-foot European style villa located in the Summerlin community of Las Vegas, which is currently owned by Steve Wynn. The property, which contains six-bedrooms and 10-baths, is now listed for sale on Zillow for USD25 million. Forté uses technology to support the construction of properties from concept to creation in record time. For instance, Scott Acton leveraged his team of tradesmen to complete the renovation of the Wynn residence, which included adding more than 700 square feet to the space, in six months, rather than the typical 18 months plus. The Forté team sells time as much as they sell construction, which means they are accustomed to working on 24/7-hour projects in the entertainment and theming world. They worked nights, weekends and holidays when needed to complete the home. The redesign of the home room includes a state-of-the-art media room, wine closet and den that could double as children's playroom. The modern and thought out kitchen has two Wolf stovetops, two microwaves and two full-size refrigerators. In the second kitchen, or butler's pantry, there is a flush mount secret door that leads straight to the dining room. This room is framed by French doors and provides views of the European-inspired backyard and Summerlin landscape. The dramatic front entryway stairs, and back staircase, provide access to the second level with the owner's suite and three guest bedrooms. Each bedroom has a full or Juliet balcony with a view of the TPC golf course. The owner's suite has his and hers chambers, with both dressing rooms with full closets equipped with Hermès-inspired drawer pulls. The men's retreat has a custom shower with exposed stainless-steel plumbing made to resemble the design of a luxury yacht. The 'hers' retreat is three chambers containing a salon style bathroom complete with a hair washing station, opulent closet, and dressing room. The guest rooms have three-quarter baths and motion-sensor walk-in closets. The European outdoor sanctuary features an extravagant fountain, charming gazebo, pool, spa and English garden with artificial grass. Travertine stone was added with slip-resistant grit stone installed around the pool. "Steve Wynn's vision for his homes is much like his vision for his casinos. Our innovative project team created the atmosphere in the Wynn residences, bringing the extravagant sensation of Las Vegas into the home with the highest quality of construction and in a record amount of time," Acton says.
