Fortune Industries: Top South Florida staffing firm acquires Indiana company

West Palm Beach-based Oasis Outsourcing LLC announced Tuesday that it had acquired a 91 percent share of Indiana-based Fortune Industries, Inc. (OTCMKTS: FDVF). Oasis Outsourcing is the third-largest South Florida-based professional employer organization, according to the Business Journal's 2016 Book of Lists.
