Founders Financial: Old National Bancorp acquires Michigan-based financial institution

Indiana's largest bank, with four branches in Louisville and several in Southern Indiana, has agreed to acquire a Michigan-based bank, according to a news release. Old National Bancorp (NASDAQ: ONB), which is headquartered in Evansville, has agreed to acquire Grand Rapids-based Founders Financial Corp.
