Commissioner Arcos serves as the woman representative of the Workers' Group to the SSC. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics, with 41 units of Masteral studies in Labor Policy and Administration, and Psychology, University of the Philippines, Diliman. Date of appointment and effective date is on February 6, 2025. The Board of Directors approved the appointment of Mr. Martin K. Yupangco as Senior Vice President of the company. Mr. Yupangco was Founder and Managing Director of Optima Strategies Limited and Investor Resources Counselors Pte. Ltd. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Business and Government) degree from Skidmore College, USA, and a Master of Science in Management (International Operations Management) degree from the Arthur D. Little School of Management, USA. Date of appointment and effective date is on Jan 10, 2025. Amending to advise the board confirmation and approval of the appointment of an officer on February 6, 2025.
