FPI Management: South Sac apartment complex settles over allegations of failing to provide language services

Owners of a South Sacramento apartment property, Folsom-based FPI Management Inc. and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development announced a settlement agreement over allegations that the apartment complex failed to provide language services for tenants with limited English.
