Maryland-based Fractured Prune is expanding into the East Valley. The gourmet doughnut shop will open its first Gilbert location at 2180 E. Williams Field Road, Suite 102, in San Tan Village, east of Dillard's. The new location is Fractured Prune's seventh Arizona location. It is set to open May 17.
