Frank Productions: Frank Productions working out details, but still eyes summer construction start for Third Ward venue

Frank Productions delayed its plans to present updated designs for its proposed Third Ward entertainment venue and won't appear on the Milwaukee Harbor Commission's April agenda on an easement issue as previously announced, but the CEO Joel Plant said his company still hopes to start construction this summer on the project that will cost $30 million to $40 million.
