Hungry customers once again waited in line for hours Tuesday as Franklin Barbecue reopened after completing extensive renovations. The East Austin barbecue haven had closed for two weeks from June 23 to July 7 to complete renovations including adding a new smokehouse to prepare its nationally renowned brisket.
