Frasca Food and Wine: Boulder restaurant wins prestigious James Beard award

Frasca Food and Wine in Boulder has snagged a prestigious James Beard Foundation award for Outstanding Service. The acclaimed Italian restaurant was one of six finalists in the category for 2019 and the only restaurant from Colorado to make the finals.
