Friends Bank: Fairwinds Credit Union to acquire $95M bank

An Orlando-based credit union is looking to boost its profile outside the city with a new acquisition. Fairwinds Credit Union will acquire News Smyrna Beach-based Friends Bank for an undisclosed amount.
