Fulcrum: SA biometrics company to buy UK business, expand global footprint

Fulcrum Biometrics Inc., a developer and marketer of biometric identification technologies, is expanding its global portfolio. The San Antonio-based company has agreed to buy Delaney Secure Ltd.'s biometrics business, which includes cloud-based access control technology. The deal includes DelaneyBiometrics' intellectual property and distribution rights.
