Birmingham-based Full Moon Bar-B-Que is opening its newest location in the Rocket City. The restaurant will be located at 1009 Memorial Drive. The 6,200 square foot restaurant will open early next year and will be its 16th location in the state. The company will open its 15th location in Trussville. Birmingham natives David and Joe Maluff opened Full Moon Bar-B-Que in 1986 and have expanded its presence all across the state.
