G&P Trucking: South Jersey firm to expand national footprint with latest acquisition

Camden-based logistics company NFI is boosting its presence in the southeastern U.S., announcing Monday it has acquired G&P Trucking Company Inc., a transportation firm based in Columbia, South Carolina. The deal will add 500 employees to NFI's ranks, bringing its current workforce up to more than 12,600 people across more than 300 locations in North America.
