G S Precision: AEI Buys Aerospace, Defense System Components Maker GS Precision

AE Industrial Partners has acquired machine parts and specialty hardware manufacturer G.S. Precision for an undisclosed sum in a move to leverage the latter's expertise in producing components for the aerospace and defense industries.
