G-Will Liquors, a three-store liquor store chain in the Twin Cities, is suing a North Dakota retailer called Gee Williquors. You can probably guess what the trouble is. Fargo-Moorhead's KFGO reports on the lawsuit, in which the owners of G-Will claim trademark infringement. The Twin Cities business has been open since 1982; Gee Williquors opened two years ago. William Klein, who owns Gee Williquors, said he plans to fight the lawsuit, but added he's ready to change the name if he loses.
