Garces Group: Iron Chef Jose Garces group to open second N.Y.C. restaurant

Philadelphia Iron Chef Jose Garces first dipped his toes in New York's culinary scene earlier this year, and it looks like he's there to stay. There are now plans to open a second restaurant in the city that never sleeps.
