USI Insurance Services acquired Mableton, Ga.-based Gardner & Associates Enterprises for an undisclosed sum. Gardner & Associates was founded in 1969 in Newton, Miss. by Walter and Daisy Gardner. In 1989, the firm, which previously only offered life and health insurance , added property and casualty.
