Mauricio Montes De Oca is the Real Estate division leader at Garza Blanca Puerto Vallarta and he has some exciting developments to share with members about Real Estate expansion.  TAFER Hotels & Resorts has been working with top global US based architectural firms, such as Gensler, on the master plan for the new Garza Blanca south community.    As a first phase of this new master plan, construction began last year on infrastructure and the development of a specially designed nature village that will be the heart of Garza Blanca Preserve. It will include more restaurants, shops, recreation areas, and large green open spaces that will host many activities and events, bringing to Garza Blanca local artists and creating fun with constant art walks where everybody can meet and watch handicraft demonstrations by craft artisans.  As the next Phase of this expansion, the design stage of the spectacular new residential condominium development is almost completed.
