Garza Blanca Puerto Vallarta  World Wellness Weekend 2020 The fourth ever World Wellness Weekend 2020 took place on September 19th and 20th. This year, 1,123 venues participated in 109 countries. While that is less than the 2,356 venues that participated in 2019, this year’s event was the largest event promoting healthy lifestyles in the midst of a pandemic.   The goal of the weekend is to inspire more people to lead an active lifestyle and to make healthy choices. The COVID-19 situation reminds us just how important it is to maintain a strong immune system.   For Spa Imagine Puerto Vallarta, it was an honor to participate in World Wellness Weekend 2020 offering free outdoor wellness activities. Our focus was on the 3rd pillar of well-being “Vitality and Movement”. Vitality is related to the physical and mental states and movement focuses on moving through physical activities to achieve balance and comprehensive well-being.
