Gateway Commercial: Colliers buys former Cushman & Wakefield affiliate Gateway Commercial

Continuing the trend of consolidation in the St. Louis commercial real estate industry, Colliers International announced Wednesday that it has acquired Gateway Commercial, the former Cushman & Wakefield affiliate in St. Louis. Gateway, which was formed in 2005 after Cushman & Wakefield of Missouri merged with St. Louis-based Summit Realty Group, will rebrand as Colliers International and its team of 20 brokers will join Colliers effective immediately.
