GDM Advisory Group: PE-backed Wealth Enhancement Group to buy GDM

Wealth Enhancement Group has agreed to acquire Fort Washington, Pennsylvania-based GDM Advisory Group, a financial adviser. No financial terms were disclosed. The deal is expected to close in December. Wealth Enhancement Group is backed by Lightyear Capital LLC.
