GenePOC: Cincinnati public company could pay $120M for Canadian firm

One of Greater Cincinnati's largest public companies is planning an acquisition that could have a price tag of up to $120 million. Meridian Bioscience (Nasdaq: VIVO) has agreed to acquire Quebec City-based GenePOC Inc.
