A Georgia-based wine, liquor, beer and specialty beverages distributor has purchased a large distribution center in Southeast Memphis for $6.35 million. The McDonough, Georgia-based Georgia Crown Distributing Co., the parent company of West Tennessee Crown Distributing Co., bought the 227,500-square-foot office and industrial facility at 3485 Tchula Tech Drive from an affiliate of Fairmont Designs.
