GHCL: GHCL's new soda ash plant to double production capacity in India

GHCL received environmental clearance for a ₹6,500 crore (~$76.64) Soda Ash Greenfield project in Kutch, Gujarat. The 1.1 MMTPA plant will double GHCL's production, aiding India's green energy goals and AtmaNirbharta. With cutting-edge technology and a carbon-neutral focus, it will boost local economic growth, create jobs, support MSMEs, and uplift communities. Completion is set for six years.
